Will I get media of my dog during boarding stays?

Media is provided via Gingr and report cards are uploaded daily!

What if there is an emergency with my pet?

Your pups safety is top priority. They will be taken to the nearest vet and you will be contacted immediately. Any signs of illness will require immediate isolation for all pets safety.

What do I bring for boarding?

Food (Required)

All food must be pre bagged per meal

Collar (Required)

Medications (if needed) - Please note these must be provided to staff in a pill organizer.

Blanket (optional)

Toys (optional)

What is the "Adoption Consultation?"

So many pet parents want to get a new addition to their family but have no idea where to start! With an adoption consultation, I will help point you in the right direction to find the breed/dog that will suit your needs and lifestyle best. I have many resources in rescues and shelters and may even be able to match you with the perfect dog. The adoption consultation helps adopters become more comfortable in knowing what they are looking for!

What vaccines are required?

All pets MUST be up to date and current on the following:

-RABIES

-DISTEMPER

-BORDETELLA

-NEGATIVE FECAL

-PARVO/LEPTO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

These should be uploaded on your pets profile on the Gingr app

Will my dog have friends during their stay?

Our groups are small & structured to find the best all around fit for each dog. If your dog prefers group play we are happy to put them in a group setting.

If your dog is selective and prefers to be only with males, females, or their own sibling, we can make that happen! We want all dogs to have a safe place to be in anenviornment they are most comfortable.

My dog is not fixed, can they still use services?

Hollywood Hounds recommends that all dogs be spayed/neutered, but it is NOT a requirement for boarding or training services.

Please note: If you pup is not fixed, we may limit their interaction with other dogs for liability reasons

What are my dogs sleeping arrangments?

We are equipped with Elite Kennels for our standard housing, Impact kennels for dogs who need extra security or have a history of self harm, or Ruffland Kennels for the perfect inbetween with a little bit of style.

All dogs are crated during overnight hours for their own comfort and safety.

What are daily rates for daycare?

Prices vary depending on what category your dog is placed in.

Selective dog daycare: $45.00 per day

Friendly dog daycare: $35.00 per day

Please note that we do NOT offer any half days at this time. You are welcome to pick up your pup at any time, however we do not provide a discount for shortened days as we are a smaller facility.
